In 2009 she gave birth to the couple's second child, a boy, whom they called Juan Otero. In the year 2013 Florencia Peña began a relationship with Ramiro Ponce de León. On October 12, 2017, she gave birth to her third child, a boy, whom they called Felipe Ponce de León.
