Fred Miranda is a landscape photographer.[1]
Early life
Fred Miranda was raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and studied computer science and architecture in college, while pursuing a career in bodybuilding. He next moved to Los Angeles to work as a model, where he also began his career as a professional photographer.[2]
Website
Miranda is the developer of his eponymous website, which acts as a review and sales portal for photography equipment and software.[1] Through the website, Miranda has also developed software distributed as Fred Miranda Software,[3] which includes PhotoShop plug-ins,[4] such as SI Pro,[5] and Actions[6] that are preprogrammed or preset.[7] The software has been developed through Fred Miranda Digital Darkroom.[8] He also developed the B&W Workflow Pro software suite,[9] and the website also has a forum where uses exchange ideas and answer each other's questions.[10] FredMiranda.com also features his portfolio of works and articles written by him on the subject of photography.[2] His work has appeared in Digital Camera magazine.[11]
