Geno Silva

Geno Silva (January 20, 1948 – May 9, 2020)[1][2][3] was an American actor, best known for his role as The Skull, Alejandro Sosa's silent hitman in Scarface.[4]

Silva also appeared in films such as 1941, Tequila Sunrise, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Amistad, Mulholland Drive and A Man Apart.

Silva died at his home in Los Angeles of complications from frontotemporal degeneration, a form of dementia.
