George Simmons (referee)

George Wagstaffe Simmons (21 December 1866 St Albans, England - 1 February 1954) was an English international football referee.[1]

Career

He officiated 3 international matches and was FIFA referee in 1908–1913. He attributed a match in 1912 Olympic Games that played Sweden and Netherlands (3:4)[2] and others were in friendly matches.
