Georges Ramos

Georges Ramos (born 27 March 1950 in Aurillac, France) was a French international football referee.[1]

Career

He officiated 2 international friendly matches in 1992–1994.[2] He gave a red card in friendly match played between Switzerland-United Arap Emirates (1:0) to swiss Murat Yakin in 72nd minute.[3]

In club football he officiated some UEFA competition matches such as UEFA Cup and qualification (1+1).[4] He refereed 108 Ligue 1 matches in 1988-95 and 6 Coupe de France matches in 1992-95.[5]

Personal life

He was player of low division clubs of France such as Géraldienne Aurillac and FC Aurillac and at the same time he was municipal employee. After a serious knee injury he had to end his player career and began refereeing career in 1979[6]
