Ghrelin O-acyltransferase
Ghrelin O-acyltransferase (GOAT) also known as membrane bound O-acyltransferase domain containing 4 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MBOAT4 gene.[5] It is homologous to other membrane-bound O-acyltransferases.
