Gruhalakshmi Swarnakankanam
Swarnakankanam award
Kasinadhuni Nageswara Rao launched a monthly magazine for women, Gruhalakshmi, in 1928 and founded the Swarnakankanam (gold bracelet) award in 1934 to honour women for excellence in literature and social reform.
