Gymbox was cited as "one of the trendier additions to London's flourishing fitness scene... Gymbox is aimed at fitness freaks with deep pockets".[1] Lonely Planet considered it to be the most popular gym in London.[2]

Gymbox launched in 2003. Gymbox clubs feature boxing rings, and live DJ sets. Starting in Holborn, the chain has ten London locations.

Gymbox has classes, nightly DJs, weights spaces, personal trainers.

History

The first Gymbox location was opened in a Holborn car park in 2004 which cost £2 million to build.[3]
