Hanneke de Vries

Hanneke de Vries (born 20 January 1960) is a Dutch former long track speed skater, who was active between 1980 and 1995.[2][3]

De Vries represented her nation twice at the World Allround Speed Skating Championships for Women in 1990, finishing 10th overall and in 1992, finishing 25th overall.[4][5] She participated at the European Speed Skating Championships for Women in 1990 finishing 12th. She had one ISU Speed Skating World Cup victory in the 3000 metres during the 1989–90 ISU Speed Skating World Cup in Lake Placid.[5]

Between 1984 and 1995 she competed at Dutch national championships. She became twice national champion at the 1990 KNSB Dutch Single Distance Championships in both the 3000 metres and 5000 metres. Furthermore she won a total of 1 silver and 7 bronze medals at Dutch national championships.[5]
