Hanza Tower

Hanza Tower is a Skyscraper in Szczecin, Poland, it stands where the destroyed clothing factory Dana used to stand.[1] It will be in the shape of a sail and have 28 floors, including 3 underground. The tower will be the tallest building in the city. The project has suffered delays but was completed in October 2020.

Description

Hanza Tower is going to be an office skyscraper designed by LLC. It will have 33,000 square metres (360,000 sq ft) of area from which 20,877 square metres (224,720 sq ft) will be office area and 12,000 square metres (130,000 sq ft) of shopping and retail area. Its planned height is 125 m. The top floor will be home to a restaurant.
