In 1994, she earned a PhD in architecture at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts with a thesis on architectural shifts in time and space.[5] In 1996, she was one of the primary organizers of the Charlottenborg exhibition "Overlooking the city : Copenhagen as it is perceived".[6]
