Heramb Kulkarni

Heramb Kulkarni is an Indian educationist and writer belonging to Ahmednagar district in the state of Maharashtra.[1][2] [3][4] He belongs to the NGO SPARK.[5][6] He was member of expert committee for survey of out of school children in Maharashtra.[7]
