Hibbertia ancistrotricha is a shrub in the Dilleniaceae family that is native to Western Australia.[1]

The shrub has an erect to compact habit and can grow to a height of 0.3 m (1 ft 0 in). It blooms around May and produces yellow flowers.

The species has a small and scattered distribution through the south eastern Wheatbelt region of Western Australia between Wickepin, Lake Grace and Kondinin where it is found on hills growing in gravelly clay soils.[1]
