Hollywood in Vienna

Hollywood in Vienna is an annual film music gala hosted in the Vienna Concert Hall where the Max Steiner Film Music Achievement Award is presented. The most recent "Hollywood in Vienna" concerts is due to place on 23rd and 24th of September 2021.

Overview

In the course of each Hollywood in Vienna concert, one of the world's most renowned film composers is honored by the City of Vienna and his or her work performed by the Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra (RSO). The gala concert was initiated in 2007 by Sandra Tomek, B.O.F.M. Best of Film Music, and has since then been produced by B.O.F.M. and Echo Medienhaus and co-produced by Michael Balgavy.
