Ilya Nikiforov has over 25 years of invaluable experience in international arbitration and litigation, construction, intellectual property and development projects. He appeared as a counsel to Russian and foreign parties in arbitration cases related to commercial disputes, lending, sales of goods, building and construction matters, IP/IT matters, services matters etc. Acted as arbitrator in proceedings before ICC Court of Arbitration, Moscow International Arbitration Court (ICAC), SCC Arbitration Institute and domestic tribunals.
