Inside job

An inside job is a crime, usually larceny, robbery or embezzlement, which occurs when a person holding a position of trust abuses their status.[1][2]

The insider is authorized to access a location or procedure with little or no supervision, for example they are manager or keyholder. The Securitas depot robbery which took place in England in 2006 featured an insider, Emir Hysenaj, who worked at the depot. He helped the robbers by filming the layout of the depot using a camera hidden in his belt.[3]
