Institute of Applied Sciences Ruhengeri

The Institute of Applied Sciences (abbreviation: INES, French: The Institut D’enseignement Superieur De Ruhengeri[1]) is a private research university in Rwanda.[2] It was established in 2003.[3]

It is located in the city of Ruhengeri, and collaborates with Bingen Technical University of Applied Sciences.[4]
