Jørn Holmen (born 17 May 1972) is a retired Norwegian football striker.

Starting out at minnows Henning IL, he signed for Steinkjer FK ahead of the 1991 season.[1] He jumped ahead in the football tiers when signing for first-tiers Hamarkameratene in 1995.[2] Following relegation from 1995 Eliteserien, he later went on to SK Gjøvik/Lyn in 1997.[3]
Following several years in Skjetten SK, which also used the moniker Romerike Fotball,[4] the club released its players in the summer of 2002 and Holmen played briefly for Borg Fotball.[5] In 2003 he featured for Ull/Kisa before moving home to Steinkjer.[6] He scored 24 goals in the 2004 2. divisjon.[7]
