JPedal

JPedal is an actively developed[1] Java library for working with PDF files. Its main uses are as a PDF Viewer[2] and to convert PDF to image output.[3] It aims to provide Java developers with complete PDF reader functionality as well as PDF content extraction.[4] The full version is distributed under a commercial license. Until 2015, a cut down version of the viewer was also released under an LGPL license. In 2016, the image code was made available in a separate producer called JDeli,[5] which supports additional formats such as High_Efficiency_Image_File_Format.
