Jacques Kuba Séguin

Jacques Kuba Séguin is a Canadian jazz trumpeter.[1] He is most noted for his 2019 album Migrations,[2] which won the Juno Award for Solo Jazz Album of the Year at the Juno Awards of 2020[3] and the Felix Award for Jazz Album of the Year at the 42nd Felix Awards.[4]

Born in Poland to a Québécois father and a Polish mother,[5] he performs both as a solo artist and with the ensemble Odd Lot.[6]
