Jan Ernst van der Pek

Jan Ernst van der Pek (October 5, 1865 - March 23, 1919) was a Dutch architect. He was a significant contributor towards the development of public housing in the Netherlands, by designing various complexes of workers' houses in Amsterdam that were of solid construction and affordable. His buildings served as an example for other architects.[1][2]
