Charts. The inspiration for the title track of Light at Days End came after Carter underwent emergency surgery after narrowly surviving a knife fight in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley.
The band released the Souls Conflicting in November 2005. Souls Conflicting received mixed reviews throughout the country, mainly due to the softer vocals.
Japunga have toured and played shows with bands including Slipknot, Hatebreed, Trivium, Mudvayne, Sepultura, The Used, Machine Head, The Butterfly Effect, Devolved, Suns Owl (Japan), and Cog.
