Jason Betts
Eldon Thiele (born October 4, 1977) is a Canadian singer, songwriter, and actor. Thiele has won numerous awards for his acting, including Best Male Actor at the Atlantic Film Festival in 1997 for his role as Red Braid in the film Terminal Lunch. Born Jason Willis Betts, he formed his stage name, Eldon Thiele, from his two deceased grandfathers, Eldon R. Betts Sr. and John L. Thiele Sr.

Music career
Eldon Thiele is the lead vocalist, pianist, and songwriter for the band Zwerg. Betts' most successful song to date is "To Stand, Kneel", which he made into a video and directed and edited himself.
Acting career
Eldon Thiele appears in the feature films Stage Mother (2020) and Shush (2021). He has also acted in numerous television shows including Sex & Violence, The Sopranos, Law & Order, G-Spot, Blessed Stranger: After Flight 111, Irish Eyes and Queer as Folk.[1]
Personal life
Eldon Thiele was born in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada to a father who taught music and to a mother who taught art. He was a supply teacher at the same school he graduated at, also where he won numerous awards for continuous contributions for his high school's famous drama program.
He is fluent in English and French. He also speaks some Finnish and German.[2]
