Jax Coco's products mainly includes coconut water beverages in Tetra Pak or in glass bottles with variations of flavour.[7][8]

In 2020, the coconut water drink is also available in aluminium can for domestic market in Hong Kong. [9]

Jax Coco sources coconut water from the Philippines. It partners with beverage factories such as Peter Paul Coconut Water Corporation, Superstar Coconut Water in the Philippines to produce beverage products.[10][11] It was planned to build a factory in the Philippines[12] did not mention whether the plan materialized.

The frosted glass bottle is sealed with screw caps. In 2014, the glass bottle product were bottled in China.[13][14][15] For recent batches the glass bottles are bottled in Taiwan. Glass bottles are generally considered recyclable items, however, it is suggested that frosted glasses might have recycle issue in some countries.[16][17][18]

Jax Coco run office in Taiwan,[19] Canada,[20][21] USA,[22] Singapore,[23] Japan,[24] South Korea,[25] Australia [26] and UK.[27] However, overseas operations did not meet expectations [28] and now Jax Coco is focused on Hong Kong market.

Jax Coco worked with global distributors such as Brands Within Reach in 2016.[29][30] In 2015, Jax Coco were in talks with JYP Entertainment of Korea to promote its beverage business.[31]

Jax Coco drinks are available on shelves Costco Taiwan.[32] In 2016, it was available on Amazon Canada,[33] Amazon US [34] and Amazon UK.[35]

Mr. Alex Ing served as CEO of Jax Coco in earlier years from 2012 to 2015.[36][37] Mr. Greg Cattin was appointed CEO in 2016 to lead Jax Coco.,[38][39] however, he then joined Swire Coca-Cola in 2018. Mr Andreas Ruben Keijsers was then appointed CEO and then resigned in late 2019.

Notable shareholders of Jing Holdings Limited includes Sir Elton John[40] and designer Stella McCartney.

Jing Holdings Limited was awarded "National Business Awards 2018" in the category of Food & Beverage Product[41]
