John Hill (American football)

John Stark Hill (April 16, 1950 – October 21, 2018) was a former American football center and offensive tackle for the New York Giants, the New Orleans Saints, and the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Lehigh University and was drafted in the sixth round of the 1972 NFL Draft.

Hill played most of his career (138 games in 10 seasons) with the Saints; he was named to the Saints Hall of Fame in 1992, and was also a member of the team's all-50th anniversary team in 2016.[1]

Hill died of pancreatic cancer on October 21, 2018.[2]
