Jolee Blon' (born Emily Elicia Low; January 19, 1988) is an American actress,[2] model,[3] and neo-Burlesque showgirl.[4] She has appeared in television, theater, and advertisements.[5] Blon' currently resides in Los Angeles, California.[6]
