Juwai.com is a Chinese website for buyers of overseas property, which takes advertising from international property marketers, including developers and agents. Bloomberg News wrote that it is China's “largest overseas property website.".[1]

Company history
Juwai.com launched in 2011.[2] The Australian newspaper reports that it advertises 2.5 million property listings from 89 countries.[3] In July 2019, Juwai.com announced its merger with IQI, a company with a real estate agent network mostly in Southeast Asia, creating Juwai IQI. Juwai.com continues to operate as an individual brand within Juwai IQI.[4][5]
