KBDG
KBDG (90.9 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a variety of different Middle Eastern music, concentrating on Assyrian music. Daily news announcements and weekly interviews also are conducted live through 90.9 by the primary anchorwoman, Sweeny Lelham. Licensed to Turlock, California, USA. The station is currently owned by Assyrian American Civic Club of Turlock, Inc.[1] Prior to 1993 the radio station belonged to Turlock High School. It played various types of music and was DJ'd by the students in Mr. Hoskins' electronics class. Unofficially, the station prohibited students from DJing any longer when Andrew Pozner and Jeremy Hover played unedited songs by the infamous rap group named The 2 Live Crew.
