Katrin Kalex

Katrin Kalex (born 14 February 1979) is a German former long track speed skater, who was active between 1989 and 2006.[1] Kalex represented her nation twice at the World Allround Speed Skating Championships and in two distances at one World Single Distance Speed Skating Championships

At the 2003 World Allround Speed Skating Championships she finishing 24th overall and at the 2005 World Allround Speed Skating Championships 15th overall. At the 2003 World Single Distance Speed Skating Championships she participated in the 1500 metres event (8th) and in the 5000 metres event (9th). She participated at the European Speed Skating Championships for Women in 2002, 2003 and 2005. She also competed at other international competitions, including at ISU Speed Skating World Cups.[2]

Between 1999 and 2006 she had 24 starts at national championships and won a total of seven bronze medals.[2]
