Kensuke Kagami

Kensuke Kagami (加賀見 健介, Kagami Kensuke, born November 21, 1974) is a former Japanese football player.

Playing career

Kagami was born in Saitama on November 21, 1974. After graduating from Aoyama Gakuin University, he joined Japan Football League club Tokyo Gas (later FC Tokyo) in 1997. He played many matches as second striker and the club was promoted to new league J2 League from 1999. Although his opportunity to play decreased in 1999, the club won the 2nd place and was promoted to J1 League from 2000. However he could hardly play in the match in 2000. In August 2000, he moved to J2 club Oita Trinita on loan and played many matches as regular player. In 2001, although he returned to Tokyo, he could not play many matches behind Kelly. In 2002, he moved to J2 club Kawasaki Frontale on loan. Although he played many matches, he played as substitute midfielder. In October 2002, he returned to Tokyo. However he could not play at all in the match and retired end of 2003 season.
