Kiliya Raion
Kiliya Raion (Ukrainian: Кілійський район) was a raion (district) in Odessa Oblast of Ukraine. It was part of the historical region of Bessarabia. Its administrative center was the city of Kiliya. The small sector of the Danube Delta that lies in Ukraine lied partially in this raion. The raion was abolished on 18 July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Odessa Oblast to seven. [1][2] The last estimate of the raion population was 50,386 (2020 est.)[3]
