Kill Me Please (2015 film)

Kill Me Please (Portuguese: Mate-Me Por Favor) is a 2015 Brazilian-Argentine coming of age thriller-drama film, written and directed by Anita Rocha da Silveira in her directorial debut.[1] It premiered in the Horizons section at the 72nd edition of the Venice Film Festival, and was later awarded for best director and best actress (Valentina Herszage) at the 2015 Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival.[2][3]

Plot

Barra da Tijuca, West Side Zone of Rio de Janeiro. A wave of murderers plague the area. What starts off as a morbid curiosity for the local youth slowly begins to spoil away at their lives. Among them is Bia, a fifteen-year-old girl. After an encounter with death, she will do anything to make sure she's alive.
