Kim Yong-wan
Kim Yong-wan (Korean: 김용완; Hanja: 金容完; March 4, 1927 – February 21, 2008) served as the Vice-President of the Boy Scouts of Korea.[1]

In 1993, Kim was awarded the 225th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.[2]
