Koron (music)

Koron means "less than lower in pitch" in Persian traditional music, and the koron symbol lowers a note by a quarter step.[1] It is written as a note with an open triangular head. It is feasible to use this symbol as an Accidental.

Alinaghi Vaziri, a well known Iranian master in music, has established this sign.
