Lake Peak

Lake Peak (Albanian: Maja e Liqenit; Serbian: Језерски врх / Jezerski vrh; Macedonian: Езерски Врв, romanized: Ezerski Vrv) is a mountain in southern Kosovoa and northern North Macedonia, located in the Šar Mountains range. The mountain reaches a height of 2,604 m (8,543 ft) above sea level.[1]

It is not to be confused with the other Maja e Liqenit in the Šar Mountains at 42°09′01″N 21°00′33″E, or the Jezerska Planina at 42°18′13″N 21°01′32″E just north of the Šar Mountains .

a.   ^ Kosovo is the subject of a territorial dispute between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Serbia. The Republic of Kosovo unilaterally declared independence on 17 February 2008. Serbia continues to claim it as part of its own sovereign territory. The two governments began to normalise relations in 2013, as part of the 2013 Brussels Agreement. Kosovo is currently recognized as an independent state by 98 out of the 193 United Nations member states.
