Latroit
Dennis White, aka Latroit, is an American Grammy Award winning record producer,[1] songwriter,[2] artist and DJ,[3] working within electronic dance music.
Dennis White got an early start in dance music, when asked by Kevin Saunderson to join the influential Detroit techno group Inner City, as the music director for Inner City's 'Big Fun' world tour from 1989 to 1990.[4][5] Through his work on various projects throughout the years, he has writer and producer credits on ARIA certified double platinum and gold records, plus produced seven remixes that achieved the No. 1 position in the Billboard Club Chart for artists such as Madonna and Le Youth, and his work has appeared on over 170 dance music compilation albums.
The Latroit remix of "You Move" by Depeche Mode won the 2018 Grammy Award[6] in the 'Best Remixed Recording (Non-Classical)' category.[7]
Latroit's single, "Nice" on House of Latroit label was used as Apple's Phone XR global campaign.[8]
