Le Tricorne

Le Tricorne is a large 19 x 20 ft 19 stage curtain designed by the Spanish artist Pablo Picasso for the Ballets Russes. It was later part the art collection of Phyllis Lambert, the daughter of Samuel Bronfman, the fouhead of the Seagram empire. It was hung for many years in The Four Seasons Restaurant in the Seagram Building in New York City. [1]  In 2015 the work entered the collection of the New York Historical Society, where it remains today.[2]
