Leard Sadriu

Leard Sadriu (born 22 April 2001) is a Kosovan professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Skënderbeu Korçë, on loan from Shkëndija.

Club career

Shkëndija

On 14 December 2017, Sadriu signed a three-year contract with Macedonian First Football League club Shkëndija.[1] On 25 January 2018, the club confirmed that Sadriu's transfer was permanent.[2] On 7 April 2018, he made his debut in a 5–0 home win against Renova after coming on as a substitute at 75th minute in place of Egzon Bejtulai.[3]

Loan at Skënderbeu Korçë

On 11 January 2021, Sadriu joined Kategoria Superiore side Skënderbeu Korçë, on a six-month-long loan.[4] Five days later, he made his debut in a 1–2 home defeat against Partizani Tirana after being named in the starting line-up.[5]

International career

Under-17

On 7 October 2017. Sadriu was named as part of the Kosovo U17 squad for 2018 UEFA European Under-17 Championship qualifications.[6] On 10 October 2017, he made his debut with Kosovo U17 in a match against Netherlands U17 after coming on as a substitute at 57th minute in place of Dionis Marovci.

Under-21

On 30 August 2018. Sadriu received a call-up from Kosovo U21 for a 2019 UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualification match against Republic of Ireland U21.[7]
