History

On April 30, 1992, several instances of race related violence took place in the aftermath of the Rodney King riots. Classes were ended early in response to multiple fights that day.[5] In January 2018, Lebanon High School received widespread criticism from the public when the school's principal, Scott Walters, controversially gave two days in-school suspension to a female student who posted a YouTube video to create awareness of Walter’s dismissive response against bullying.[6]
