Lecithocera staurophora

Lecithocera staurophora is a moth in the family Lecithoceridae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1931. It is found on New Guinea.[1]

The wingspan is 16–19 mm. The forewings are dark fuscous with a moderately broad light ochreous-yellowish costal streak throughout, the apex is pointed, with a triangular prominence on the middle of its lower edge, a short dark fuscous streak on the base of the costa. The hindwings are light grey.[2]
