Liebig 34
Liebigstrasse 34, known as Liebig 34, was an anarchist squat in the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district of Berlin.

The squat was formed in 1990 during the Peaceful Revolution and was later legalized. In 2015, its 35 residents described its culture as a queer, anarcho-feminist collective.[1] The building became a symbol for Berlin leftism before a court ordered its residents' eviction. The squat was emptied by 1,500 police members on October 9, 2020, ending 30 years of occupation. Residents resisted passively and were carried out by a firetruck ladder.[2]
