List of The Brittas Empire episodes
This is a list of episodes, with synopses and airdates, for the British situation comedy The Brittas Empire. The show first aired between 1991 and 1997 on BBC1. It was created by Richard Fegen and Andrew Norriss, who together co-wrote the first five series (1996). A total of seven series and 52 episodes were created, including two Christmas specials (1994/96) and one short sketch for Children In Need. Most of the main characters are in all episodes, but Laura is only in the first five series. Helen Brittas is in all but two episodes (in series four); Linda does not appear in two episodes of the first series. Angie is only in series one, and her replacement is Julie, played by Judy Flynn, who is in all episodes from series two onwards, except for the 1996 Christmas special.
The cast appeared all in character for the Royal Variety Performance of 1996, and the success of the series has resulted in it being released on VHS and DVD by 2 Entertain, BBC Warner, and Eureka Video throughout the 1990s and 2000s. An audiobook, read by Chris Barrie as Gordon Brittas, was also released.

Notes
- This is one of the two episodes the character "Linda" did not appear in.
- This episode features various errors in plot and continuity, with significant differences between the centre as represented in the original series and in this special. For example, this episode is set in late 1989 whereas the first episode depicts the centre's opening in 1991. Julie appears as one of the original staff members, despite not appearing until Series 2 when she replaced Angie, who does not appear. The centre layout used is not the original, but instead that which was introduced during Series 5 after the rebuild. Accordingly, the layout of the Staff Room and Manager's office, as well as various elements of set detailing, wrongly match those seen in later series rather than the first series.
- This is not a website link, this is the title of the episode.
