Kajol also known as Kajol Devgn, is an Indian film actress. She has won awards at various award ceremonies. She made her debut with the 1992 film Bekhudi. She attained commercial success in the 1993 crime thriller Baazigar. She received critical appreciation for the 1997 mystery thriller Gupt and the 1998 thriller Dushman. She achieved commercial success with films like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham..., Fanaa and My Name Is Khan.

In her career she has won numerous awards, including six Filmfare Awards with five for Filmfare Best Actress Award, a record she shares with her late aunt Nutan, and the Filmfare Best Villain Award. She was awarded the Padma Shri for her contribution to Indian cinema.
