Notes
- Gomba was elected mayor as a member of the Movement for Democratic Change Alliance, an electoral bloc composed of the Movement for Democratic Change – Tsvangirai (MDC–T) and six other parties. After the 2018 election, several of the MDC Alliance parties merged to form the reunited Movement for Democratic Change (MDC).
