The album contains live versions of sixteen of Tucker's songs from throughout her career, ranging from her first hit, "Delta Dawn" to "Hangin' In". A DVD of the concert was also released and features four additional songs: "Oh What It Did to Me", "Love Me Like You Used To", "A Memory Like I'm Gonna Be", and "Texas (When I Die)".
