Louis Legendre (oceanographer)
Louis Legendre MSRC (born 16 February 1945) is a Canadian oceanographer. His brother is the ecologist Pierre Legendre.

He is a professor emeritus at Laval University and at Pierre and Marie Curie University. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and a Knight of the Order of Saint-Charles.[1]
