Louise Blenman

Louise Blenman is a Guyanese Appeals Court Judge of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.

A native of Guyana, where she began her legal career, she was appointed to reside in and hear cases in Anguilla as a High Court Judge from 2003 and was appointed to Eastern Caribbean appeal court in 2012.[1]

She also served for a time as the Solicitor General of Saint Lucia and a lecturer in law at the University of Guyana from 1992 to 2000.[1] She is also Chairperson of the Judicial Education Institute.[2][3][4]

She obtained an Honour’s Degree in Law from the University of the West Indies in 1986 and a Master’s Degree in Law at the University of London in 2004.[1]
