Luis Ortega (film director)
Luis Ortega Salazar (born July 12, 1980 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) is an Argentine film director, and screenplay writer. He works in the cinema of Argentina.

Biography
Ortega attended film school at the Universidad del Cine in Buenos Aires. He wrote the screenplay for his feature film Black Box when he was nineteen years old.[1] His cinema work has been well received by film critics. Diana Sanchez said, "With only two feature films... Luis Ortega is already considered one of Argentina’s more impressive and original directorial voices. His first feature, Black Box, stood apart from the social critiques that characterized the films of his Argentine contemporaries."[2]
Personal life
From 1998 to 2005, he dated Argentine actress Dolores Fonzi. From 2006 to 2008, he had a relationship with Argentine actress Celeste Cid. From 2011 to 2014 he was a dating the Argentine actress Ailín Salas. Since 2017, he has been dating Mía Flores Pirán, daughter of Ginette Reynal. The couple became parents on April 4, 2019 of a boy named Ramsés Ortega Flores, his name means "son of God Ra".
