Luke Jerdy
Luke Jerdy (born 5 January 1990), is a British actor.[2] He is from Derby in the East Midlands, and is half-Iranian.[2] Jerdy is best known for his portrayal of Jesse Donovan in Channel 4's Hollyoaks,[3] a role he has played since April 2016.[4] He has also performed in the theatre.[5] Jerdy left Hollyoaks on 22 January 2020 when Jesse was killed off on his wedding day.

Career
Before his role in Hollyoaks, he featured in The Turing Enigma (2011), Act/Or (2015), and Chosen (2016).[2]
He also made an appearance in a 2011 episode of Doctors, in an episode titled "An Uneasy Harmony", playing the role of Michael Webb.
