Manuel Clavero
Manuel Clavero Arévalo (born 25 April 1926) is a Spanish politician from the Union of the Democratic Centre (UCD) who served as Minister of Culture from April 1979 to January 1980 and previously as Deputy Minister of the Regions from July 1977 to April 1979. He left the UCD in 1980 and founded his own party, Andalusian Unity.[1][2]
